The following terms and conditions govern the use of Pipfinite products software license provided after purchase. It covers purchased and free products.

The Free Products are tokens we offer for our loyal customers to show our appreciation.By agreeing to these terms it means that the client has read and agreed to the terms and conditions associated to the free products provision via email.

If you haven't seen the terms for free products please contact our support team immediately at contact before you proceed with the installation.

By purchasing any product or receiving any product from EK Intelli Trade, the client understands that resaling or distributing any of our products, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, is a fraudulent and illegal violation of the exclusive software license agreement, and they infringe the copyright an industrial property items protected by the law and which also belong to EK Intelli Trade. Any attempt by the client to do so will terminate the software license without prior notice and without the possibility of a refund.

By purchasing any products or receiving any product from EK Intelli Trade for Free the client is agreeing to these terms, you agree to receive eventual communications from EK Intelli Trade the via e-mail. You agree to advise the COMPANY promptly of any errors or omissions in any transaction or in the handling of your purchases. Failure to provide prompt notice of any errors will be deemed to constitute acceptance of the accuracy of all information sent to you

The COMPANY advises that such data will be included in its base, which is the COMPANY's property.
